Terms of Use – Mathster
1. Agreement
By installing or using Mathster, a mental math game, you agree to these terms with appdroidapps, an individual developer. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be 13 or older to use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control, under the Google Play terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app.
3. Ads
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, as described in the privacy policy. Rewarded videos are optional and shown only when you choose to watch one for a second chance. Attempting to block, click-fraud or otherwise manipulate ads is a breach of these terms.
4. Purchases
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that stops banner and interstitial ads on your Google account for the life of the app on Google Play. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription that includes no ads, unlimited weak-spot practice, Expert difficulty and detailed statistics, with a free trial where offered. Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google's terms and refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Use Settings → Restore purchases after reinstalling or changing phones.
5. Your progress
Scores and statistics are stored only on your device. If the device is lost, reset or the app is uninstalled, they cannot be recovered by us. Scores from the previous version of Mathster are carried over on first launch when present.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use cheats, automation or modified builds, and do not use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a game, not an educational certification or a medical or cognitive treatment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer resides, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
